A 29 year Executive of the Film Industry and 35 year Business Entrepreneur,
Gabe Videla has an extensive background fostering companies and careers. As President of Special Effects
Unlimited, Inc. from 1978-2002, he was responsible for all company operations and motion picture service
packaging. He developed SEU into the largest special effects company in the world and in the process
supported the careers of a number of highly acclaimed Special Effects Coordinators who have collectively
earned 22 Oscars and 50 Academy Award Nominations. Recent film involvements include the following prominent

Mr. Videla left the Special Effects Business
in late 2002, to produce films on a full-time basis. In March 2004, he Executive Produced "The Conscientious Objector", a feature
length documentary that has garnered a number of Film Festival Awards and was submitted for Academy Award

He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, active in various Film Industry movements, and
